Normally the type of biscuits that I like the most are those that are especially juicy inside, and that is usually achieved by adding fruit. So these days at home we could enjoy a delicious breakfast with this Apple pie with crunchy hazelnuts, a cake not too sweet because it has brown sugar and reinette apple, which gives it a point of acidity.

In this case the nuts chosen were hazelnuts, but allow any other type you like, yes, it is important that keep the same amount as indicated in the ingredients so that they are not very heavy in the dough and prevent it from rising when cooking. In case you do not have flour with yeast incorporated you should add a whole envelope of chemical impeller so that it grows enough in the oven.

How to make apple pie with crunchy hazelnuts

We will begin preheating the oven to 170 degrees with fan or 180 only with heat up and down. We will grease and sprinkle with flour a mold about twenty to twenty two centimeters in diameter. Meanwhile, we heat the jam with the water and just when we take our cake out of the oven, we pour the glaze over the crunchy cover to make it bright.
