Samantha Vallejo-Nágera started to work by chance after a bet at the Horcher restaurant in Madrid, and little by little he discovered his love for cooking and gastronomy. So she decided to go on an adventure in different countries like London and New York where she learned cooking, floral arrangements and even organizing events with prestigious chefs, decorators and florists.
When he returned to Spain, he decided to start his own business, and Samantha from Spain Catering emerged. Now and after a few months ago he began his television adventure, he arrives at Canal Cocina with his own program, “The touch of Samantha” where he will prepare original and perfect recipes for when we have to look good with our guests, but always with his characteristic personal touch, hence the name.
So today Wednesday at fourteen hours This program is premiered exclusively on Canal Cocina and where it will try to bring us recipes with simple ingredients, with a preparation not too complicated for both traditional and international cuisine but with a point of creativity, in addition to learning how to organize a menu and table decoration. The program will have in principle a weekly broadcast from Monday to Friday at two in the afternoon, being able to see it again, as is usual on this channel, at eight in the afternoon and at twelve at night and will be completed with its broadcast Also on weekends.
