As it was the first time I did it, I made the basic margarita pizza filling, that is, the filling is tomato sauce, oregano, salt a little pepper, ham and mozzarella cheese, the next ones I will vary as you can do with the pizzas . The quantities of the filling I have done by eye.

Ingredients

  • Surely Silvia has used the ingredients of our pizza dough, 250 gr of force flour, 15 gr of fresh baker's yeast, 1 teaspoon of salt, 15 ml of olive oil and 125 ml of warm water.

Preparation of margarita pizza ravioli

First the dough is made. The ingredients are mixed and kneaded for 5 to 10 minutes, letting it stand until it comes to double. While fermenting the stuffing ingredients are mixed.
