The ingredients 1 kilo of artichokes, 1 liter of chicken broth, 250 milliliters of liquid cream, 1 onion, 30 grams of butter, 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of sugar, pepper and salt.

The preparation Clean the artichokes, for this remove the first leaves and the stem. Once you have fresh clean hearts, cut them in half. Put them to cook in water with the lemon juice and a little salt for about 20 minutes, check before removing the artichokes that are tender.
