Ingredients for 4-6 people

  • 1 chilled puff pastry, 200 g of creamy smoothie cheese, 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard, 1/2 teaspoon of granulated garlic, 1 pinch of paprika, 4 Kumato® tomatoes, 100 g of goat's cheese, 1 tablespoon of pine nuts, thyme, black pepper and extra virgin olive oil.

How to make puff pastry pie with Kumato® tomatoes and goat cheese

We start by preheating the oven at 200 ° C and preparing a tray covering it with burned paper. Remove the puff pastry from the fridge and stretch it on the tray with a rolling pin. We mark the edge leaving a separation of 1 cm to create a frame, and we puncture it throughout the interior with a fork.

We bake the puff pastry for 10 minutes, until it starts to brown, and we took it out. In a bowl we beat the cream cheese with Dijon mustard, a spoonful of olive oil, the granulated garlic, the paprika and a stroke of freshly ground black pepper.

We spread the cream cheese throughout the puff pastry base. We wash and we cut the Kumato® tomatoes into thin slices, and we distribute them above. Add the shredded goat cheese and distribute the pine nuts. Finally, we add thyme to taste, water with a thread of extra virgin olive oil and bake again about 10 minutes.
